Wireless and Mobile News reports that there's a new kind of prison guard in Florida -- Razor is a Belgian Shepard trainned to sniff out cell phones. She's ready to sniff out "cells" in prisons. Cell phones cause a lot problems in prisons and there's a new law outlawing cell phones in Florida with a third degree felony.
